NTERA Limited is situated six miles south east of Dublin City Center and is accessible from Dublin Airport by the M50.
Directions from Dublin Airport
- Take the motorway M50 all the way to the end.
- As you come down the slip road to the roundabout, take the directionto Dundrum/Sandyford and go straight through all other roundabouts until you come to a T-junction on the Dundrum to Sandyford road
- When you come to the T-junction turn right in the direction of Sandyford
- After about one km you come to traffic lights and a turn on the left hand side into Stillorgan Industrial Estate
- Turn left at the lights into the estate and drive along that road until you come to the Peugot sales showrooms on the left hand side
- Turn left at the Peugeot building and go to the end of that road
- Turn right into Spruce Avenue and travel 100 metres until you come to three flag-poles at Communications House on the right hand side. This is the NTERA building – 58 Spruce Avenue

The following are the directions to NTERA from the airport, which takes about 50 – 60 mins at peak time:

Directions from Dublin City Center
- Head out along Leeson Street in the direction of the N11 to the South.
- From Leeson Street the Road will take you straight out along Morehampton Road into Donnybrook
- At Donnybrook you continue straight through and out along the Stillorgan Dual Carriageway.
- Keep travelling out along the dual carriageway through several sets of traffic lights.
- There is a main traffic junction at the turn-off for Stillorgan (just at Stillorgan Park Hotel and Texaco filling station). Keep straight along the dual carriageway and you come to the next junction, which is after Stillorgan.
- Go straight through these lights and keep in the right-hand lane.
- After about 800m you come to a right turn into Brewery Road.
- Turn right into Brewery Road and follow this road all the way until you reach the roundabout at the junction of Leopardstown Road and Sandyford Industrial Estate.
- Go around the roundabout and take the last exit.
- Follow this road into the Industrial Estate (keeping in the right-hand lane) until you come to a T-junction.
- Turn right at the T-junction and travel to the end of this road taking the turn-off to the LEFT.
- Follow this road up to the small roundabout and go straight on through.
- Continue along this road as it bends off to the left take the second turn on the right hand side after the bend into Maple Avenue – the turn is flanked by Peugeot and Saab car dealers.
- Continue to the end of this road and turn right into Spruce Avenue and travel about 100 metres until you come to three flagpoles at Communications House on the right hand side. This is the NTERA building – 58 Spruce Avenue
